Welcome to Atlantic Automations. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us Atlantic Automations is a digital services business operated by Prince Amputu, providing website design, automation, SEO, marketing, and digital management services to businesses globally. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. All service scopes are agreed before commencement. 3. Payments All fees are invoiced in NAD. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balance is due on completion. Monthly retainers are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in paused delivery. 4. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. Payments made after commencement are converted to credit valid for 12 months. We reserve the right to terminate engagements involving abusive conduct or persistent non-payment. 5. Results Disclaimer We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, marketing campaigns, or automation. Digital marketing outcomes are influenced by many external factors beyond our control including platform algorithms, market conditions, and competitor activity. 6. Intellectual Property Custom work becomes the Client's property upon final payment. Atlantic Automations retains the right to display work in its portfolio. Third-party tools and templates retain their original licences. 7. Limitation of Liability Atlantic Automations shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. 8. Third-Party Tools Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g. Framer, Zapier, Mailchimp). We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or data handling by these platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply independently. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Namibian law. International clients agree to good-faith resolution before any formal legal process. 10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy
All deposits paid to Atlantic Automations are non-refundable. Once work has commenced on a project, no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If a client cancels a project after work has begun, any amounts paid will be held as credit valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation and may be applied toward any future Atlantic Automations service. Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No partial month refunds are issued. By paying a deposit or invoice, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy in full
